The vacuum feature keeps my house clean during grooming sessions, and I can switch between the deshedding tool for my Lab and the clippers for my small dogs. The nail grinder is a nice bonus - much less stressful than traditional clippers. The unit is lightweight and easy to maneuver, and surprisingly quiet even on the highest setting. My only complaint is that the cord could be longer, but I can work around that with an extension cord. This has simplified our grooming routine tremendously!"

The vacuum is surprisingly quiet - my dog who normally trembles at regular vacuums didn't mind this at all. I was able to trim his entire coat in about 45 minutes with virtually NO cleanup afterward. The hair all goes directly into the container which is easy to empty. I did have to empty it 3 times during the session, but that's a small price to pay for not having hair all over my house.
